Where is the castle,(which is depicted on the map) in the tower and next to nothing gone like too, this is a bug or what?(lock not in the sense of a fortress , and castle in the sense of a barn lock)3 Comments

If you mean the lock icon, next to the wooden walkways about the camp at the tower, you need to go on to the gap and nearby is the entrance to the ruins of the Fort of the Grey wardens. The key from the corpse in front of the entrance.
