Hangs tightly for a few seconds then droops (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

Anyone have the game hangs tightly? At 3-4 seconds completely freezes the picture, then droops and everything is fine. And so about every half hour. There is no overheating in the event log records no. The game stands on the SSD, config: [email protected]/16GB@2400/Z97-GD65 Gaming/Palit SJS 1080 8GB/128SSD/Corsair RM650x/Creative X-Fi/3+2TB@HDD+Win10x64
