Can't find PC-Pecheneg (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

Can't find PC-Pecheneg , Saw him on the cartel , the unity . Just sold for points in-game store. I have to say all locations are not searched , just if anyone knows where is this machine , tell me.
