Edit a couple of mods and the game itself. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Looking for a specialist who will be able to edit a couple of mods. To move one item from one mod to another + to customize colors (mods compatible with each other) and to amend the process of building estates from the DLC.

And yet the question remains relevant. Looking for spices that would be able to adjust the mod to change something in the construction of the estates of the DLC.
