Twice already went from persecution, went with the 5th wanted level 5 min. and still fails. Somebody has already done?

Has anyone figured out how to pass this test? 3rd time skip already has, whoever did not run away on the 5th wanted level and no matter how much time has not escaped, is not counted and all (Also stretched care at 5th level so that the yellow stripe was more than a minute).

Happened twice in the fourth, in hunt mode as the target ran away from 4-5 hunters, and a very long time and this time the yellow band care really walked a long way, 2 minutes at all.
