If you're talking about bcrypt.dll then Yes I tried to remove and frost from game folder, all that Google has advised all did some help bcrypt.dll another version I don't know where to take it (Frosty Editor-224-1-0-2b and FrostyEditor_v1.0.4.4 )

To start the game the first time through FrostyModManager_v1.0.4.5 without mods, it will create a folder with the game folder ModData. And then to run with the mod using an old version of a program. I ran through 1.0.3.1. Using a new version of the mod does not start. Then it is working.

It was the same trouble. Through Frosty just hung the process on any version of the game or the manager. All the tips with nexus, such as removing the Moddata folder and bcrypt did not help. Throw AnselSDK64.dll and AnselSDK64_org.dll into the root of the game. Maybe someone else will need it.
