maybe the touchpad is acting up? tried to disable, update, (delete) the wood on him?

Yes like there are no preconditions on the tach, fire wood last, synaptics. Through the device Manager cut anything. By the way, if a key is pressed on the keyboard the carousel stops, only the key will release all over again
