I have exactly the same motherboard, M3N78D, BIOS from M3N78D FX freewheeling back in 2012, but the new AM3+ CPU is still not installed, but should start any AM3+ processor teplopaket to 140 watts. Just roll a BIOS from a different motherboard can not, the upgrade program says that the BIOS from M3N78D FX is incompatible with your Board.
