This approach to some locations (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

An already known bug, but the last time I fixed it by checking the CACHE. Game license SE. Mods are mainly just for the graphics and 1 house. As well informal. patch.Tried to turn off all omdy, reinstalling, clean save..... I hope for your help) When the new game all the rules...New game is not an option.

When I catch such a bug , then ignore this location and carry out other tasks or just explore the map . Over time, the glitch disappears .

Try to lower the graphics, maybe your hardware cannot cope with the load.

Well other then my access is.....Is it possible to do something? I read somewhere that some affected locations and all have passed, and if so to restart the whole map?)

Rebooting separate locations did not help.....
