Help to collect all the code (Doom (2016))
Collect the code, know no ideas where to find the remaining entries. Actually, what I found:1) the Database -they'd have med help
2) Artifacts -Quadruple damage
Googled, but to no avail. Please tell me where to look?

The achievement of the Historian I got. Does this mean that I have collected all the entries of the code?
I have not updated the game, the update file was not uploaded. Maybe a bug, I'll try night to upgrade...

Well, hell knows what else you got help,I don't usually use such guides but sometimes in some games, this channel is really helpful because they have really shown all the secrets in DooM 4 I found myself.
Decided!!! Describe the process: I play on PS4, updated to 1.09, then on any map we must find and use and they'd have med help quadruple damage and then add the appropriate entry code.
PS: Before the update was tried, but the records of the code did not appear. By the way, with installing the updates I had to re-discover the secrets on several levels.
