Bug Lynette (Fallout 2)

Has anybody had a problem where the approach to Lynette (vault 15), they say that they destroyed the raiders, found the holodisk from Mr. Bishop's office, show the book and then she ask you to take the holodisk to NKR but the holodisk in the inventory does not appear?
