PS4 Pro patch 1.14 (Fallout 4)

Hi all. Recently Fallout 4 on ps4 has excellent pro. Automatic zainteresovalsya and patch 1.14 (2.5 gig, as understood for ps4 pro improved graphics).
I read that the PC patch improve the graphics weighs more than 50 gigs. What's the catch ? Or a specific patch for ps4 pro still navypuskal ?
