The problem with the performance. (DayZ)

Hello, I have a problem when playing Dayz large drawdown fps. Drawdown is very noticeable in the cities. However, neither the CPU nor the graphics card is not loaded on 100%. Processor - intel core i5 3570 3.4 GHz, video Card - GTX 1060 6gb of RAM - 8GB. Help who faced such problem.
