Crashes on startup,climbs into the steam. (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

Good afternoon.
Installed the Repack from nemos.
When you try to start climbs a window informing you that steam_api64.dll not found.
Downloaded the file,added the folder and now the game climbs in steam but did not run
