A bug, follow Ernst. Ernst does not appear. (Horizon: Zero Dawn)

Spoilers when you come to Meridian, I was not allowed there. Appears Arend (misspelled in the header). And after talking necessary for him to go, but he stupidly does not appear to follow for someone. Tried to restart the game to roll back a save, didn't help(

Tried, did not help( Quick download downloads the place to call. And after still no sign of it. Tried to persist after a conversation and make a quick download, also no result. I understand the problem is that the game after the conversation somehow stupidly not firing the event after it.
