Purple(legendary?) units (Total War: Warhammer)

Seen in the game such groups of opponents (bottom type, purple frame and the name of the original). How to access/hire, or what conditions I must fulfill?

These units paid DLC:
Total War: WARHAMMER - The Grim and the Grave - Vampires and Empire
Total War: WARHAMMER - The King and The Warlord - Orcs and Dwarves
Cost 300r to the incentive. Unlike the first, DLC Orcs and Dwarves gives 2 factions in the campaign and battle.

PS Personally I imboa these groups do not consider (at least because the squad only one of them can be and it is expensive), so buy or not is purely optional.
