Required Podlinnye DLC (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Friends, I have installed Euro Truck Simulator 2 Scandinavia, maybe before I had another version or another mod, in General, when you load the save says that it takes some DLC files and download them, too, writes that require at least one DLC. What are you talking about?
