Help Administrator. (Diablo 2)

SW. Administration please explain to me how this could happen were playing 5-on act score went out with a game to go in the next game then hung at the entrance and left the game. Go enter the account writes This entry does not exist. If you have not been to Battle.net 90 more than 90 days. Select create new entry. What do I do where did my account with the character and clothes?

I guess the server knows there is no such account or no(C)FERC;D
Remember how the account is named, at least the mail was tied to him?
