To get the Rage Tool Kit will need to buy the game Rage on steam, then go to Tools and from there FREE download Rage Tool Kit. Don't listen to stories about the instruments weighs more than 30 GB in size download. The game itself+ Scorchers will weigh 19.5 GB. (it's from steam) , and tools take 13 GB.
