This problem is known in the Repack: when the game is loading, a screen appears with the mouse, ie not beyond the start-up screen where you can select the profile. This happens most often if the computer name in the Russian language. But if you have at least 1 profile, the problem disappears. I understand Alexey Gutov deleted all profiles - hence the problem.
