Search driver for onboard sound card

1) Reinstalled Windows, 7 32-bit on Windows 7 x64
2) All drivers are supplied, except for the sound. I used the installation file, C-Media CMI 8738, but it seems 64 bit is not suitable, does not work.

I have http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/G31M-S/index.ru.asp the motherboard does not help.
95 MB program 2 sway: Realtek / VIA Audio Driver, Realtek installs but does not work VIA Audio Driver just fails.
