Civilization 6 SDK (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

Topic for discussion the SDK to Civilization.
For those who don't know: the SDK is a set of tools that allow you to create modifications for the game.
In fact, Civ6 has an open file system, and the possibility to modify some parameters by editing .Lua scripts are present now. But here is the source code of the dll is not present, and so large scenarios, serious mods (like Real Mod for Civ5) and add-ons for the game (like Ingame Edtior, which cries sixth part), too until.
What is known at the moment:
The Incentive is a few topics about SDK, but they are not informative. And I know that the SDK release is associated with the Steam workshop. So far, this section in no Civ6.
