How to run the supplied first Halo Wars? (Halo Wars 2)

Something I can't understand. In Windows 10, store, stated that Halo Wars Definitive Edition can be run on a PC. And also the fact that the game is available bundled with the second part. But in My applications its not. From the app Store and the Xbox it will not start. Under the second part too, sort of, at least, I haven't found how to do it. So what's the deal? Does anyone know?
