Suit of 1 part MGS | How to get and how it looks? (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

For this modification (http://www.nexusmods.com/metalgearsolidvtpp/mods/127/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fmetalgearsolidvtpp%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D127%26preview%3D&pUp=1) need a suit of 1 part. But as it looks, I don't know. There is a guide on suits, but as I said already, it looks like I don't know. Can you tell?
