Not drawn body (ARK: Survival Evolved)

Lord, please help me. in the game, make a local server and to me prisoedinyaetsya two friends. overall the game is good but I don't see their bodies. whatever they wore whatever armor was not wearing whatever paint I did not run beside me, only heads and hands.
insanely annoying help if you know how.
