The whole world in shadow. (Fallout 4)

Something set up in Fallout4ConfigTool and then the whole world except areas became dark. What option can be responsible for this?

To make a backup of the ini files. To remove ini files. To run the game and configure the required settings. To compare the new ini files stored to determine a difference.
