Fashion v 1.31 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Tell me how to put mods on the pirates,version 1.31.Tried all sorts of fixes,not help,the game does not start.Can be bad looking,skinte please who have.And I have the Witcher yet, noob noob.
