14 Chapter bug or idea? (Mafia 2)

Hey ,remember in the 14th Chapter I had to find Joe and take him away from the building to the El Greco, so if you go with a wounded Joe at the bar where Eddie is sitting normally ,then there are 3 enemy straight label above the bar ,and if you try to go to a bar that is the inscription ,reset the tail ,and it's interesting given that I have that appears every time when I passed with a wounded Joe at the bar in this Chapter ,and the enemy is himself or does not show ,also if you collect money before you go to Derek then you can go directly to Joe and then to the bar Mona Lisa ,and so Derek doesn't have to kill !!!?
