GTX TI 1070 fps less than 1070 (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Please just don't know what to do!!!!
The essence of what Now stands Riesen 5 3600 motherboard ASUS х570 memory 3600mhz
put the msi card 1070 TI and scribe!!!!!in furmark 99 fps(as in 1070)and the game DDR table on the same setting is less than 50 fps!!!
This was rayzen 5 2600 and the video is just 1070 ISI,fps was more!!!!
who knows ANSWER me!!

And why was the map changed? Waste of money for the difference in FPS of 5-10%. We had to take, at least, RTX 2070 (2-3 thousand more than 1070).
