Exclusive paint and design (The Crew)

Guys help to find an exclusive paint and wheels, and then I bought everything, and awards I received for a long time, and now wanted to put them on the car(just received a uplay club) so can tell me how to distinguish exclusive paint from a conventional paint or something and where these disks
