Expensive skins for free? (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Recently in my Arsenal Warzone just so a bunch of skins. In view of expensive.
The only trouble is that you can use to create guns I can't.
There is an opportunity to explore/ to twist them and everything... When clicking nothing happens.

Else noticed that almost all skins are not active the icon is different.


Who knows what it is, where it came from and whether it is possible to still use this story to write. I would be grateful.
