Does not start Borderlands 2 (Borderlands 2)

I downloaded it from Epic Games, like Civilization 6, but both the game give an error 0xc000007b. Standard processes do not help(related to DirectX and Visual C++(Sorry if misspelled))
Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
Percents: AMD A4-5300 c Trinity 32nm technology
6 gigs operatives
521 MBIT video card AMD Radeon HD 7480D
Played more demanding games (NFS The Run and Fallout 3) and they worked without errors(though both pirate).

Try to reinstall fire wood on the videocard.

Civilization 6 and Borderlands 2 is clearly more demanding of fallout 3.
