When will work fashion? (The Long Dark)

Why in this game do not work fashion? I'm downloading mods and they don't work( the incentive is not considered because there is only voice acting ). Well, here's an example from this site is downloaded with the other, and they don't work! Maybe someone knows why and when they earn?

Fashion stop working when an update comes out. Wait for the updates themselves mods or play without them yet.
