Help with setting up streams with the PS4

Guys girlfriend began to stream from Curling.
Now gets questions.
I not selenium so if anyone understands what it is I would be grateful for help.
How to output sound when capturing console through OBS. How to make sure that everything was in the headphones and did not go through the TV, or is it impossible?
