Black screen

Hello, recently got a new graphics card, namely the rx 580 8gb. Purchased a PSU at 550w, but after I inserted the card into the Mat.charge, run the system on the cooler is spinning but I got no image on ekrane. Mat.the Board has pci express x16, installed memory 8gb. Sin to the Mat.fee, because with the old gt 440 all starts without problems. Do you think it is in the mother or something I'm doing wrong...

Well sir you have a few options.
1. To bring a card to the acquaintance/friend.
2. To check the graphics card is connected correctly and accurately.
Mainly to check the cable to the monitor and extra power to the graphics card.

I think having only one set of equipment to determine the cause will not work. First of all, at least you have to try very video card in another computer and if it working, then we can think in the direction of the power supply.
