Help with skin (The Amazing Spider-Man 2)

I'm trying to reskin the Ricochet suit with Texmod, but it doesn't work! I tried many times, but nothing happens. Can you guys help me out, please?

Texmod gives me this log, and it builds the tpf file, but it does not show ingame. Can you help me, please? Thank you!
