Help stalled with pumping! (Osiris: New Dawn)

You get to a point where a black eraser (RUBBER) to create a need, so there is steel and there are two different gas need, and what would the gas tank need to produce new, and that would balloon to create the desired eraser. In short, a vicious circle!
On YouTube, I watched other versions of the game so there for bottles of copper and steel needed, and in General the difference of the objects themselves to create there!
