How to unlock the mythic armor? (For Honor)

I wrote to open one or the other thing I need mythical armor and to unlock the mythical armor I need first to unlock the mythical armor. What's the catch? The type you can only buy?

Mythic armor can only be purchased. Price 15 000 gold. The same goes for elite armor, price 7000. The only exceptions are reputational armor. You get to achieve the next level of reputation.
