The cooler for the processor

Needs. But noise will be notable.
Especially if you overclock.
And if there is serious overclocking, the cooler will not be able to drag.
I would advise you to either take Intel or wait for Zen. Or at least change the cooler to something more serious. Most likely, you will have to spend 2.5-3 K for a normal cooler.
