A terrible picture at maximum speed (Age of Wonders 3)

Put the graphics settings on high, but Martinka the result is something awful. The feeling that some settings of the shadows, which the game itself is nowhere, stand on the minimum and that the picture is very spoiled. I tried to manipulate the nvidia control panel, but no good there.
