How to re-quest with a timer choice? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

This is a glitch, or maybe it is a rule in the game, but faced with the fact that you can't make another choice in the quest, re-booted. First time inside the cut scenes had a choice of two things and I chose one. Then I realized that I want to choose a different action and crashes at an early point and have a good time and we cut the scene, but... choice is not provided. Restart from different points. The game restarted - nothing helped. What's the matter?
