Script Hook V, and so on. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Recently there was a topic about the op that the Internet is not working in GTA 5 and not started tasks. Reinstalling the game found out what the problem is. The problem is libraries scripts. Once set scripthook and several other libraries, the problem and the mission continues(through the phone when you try to log in the Internet just shows a black screen when trying to start the mission do not appear castes scene, etc.)

Version of the game 1.0.877.1 (except ScriptHookV and .NET and ASI Loader is worth nothing)

Dug around in the logs ScriptHookVDotNet and found the following error:
[19:07:47] [ERROR] Failed to reload scripts because the directory is missing.

This is understandable, it's because of the script mods are not installed. Set two fashion, the log showed no errors:

Addon cars will spawn, and the Internet not available
