The only problem with Load.res that all textures are 8 bit (256 colors) and with modifications should not change the palette (Paint won't go as it zamenet all the colors on your palette, while in photoshop you should first save the palette and then edit the texture you want and apply a saved palette).

600fpt, excellent, long wanted in version 8.1 to make a menu of 7.x. That's just the usual unpacking was below the normal unzip this file. I'll have to try.

It is rather the texture editor, not resources.
