GG falls in textures (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Played 4 hours yesterday, did not see never.

A couple of times in cat.the scenes inside the horse stood,but this was not.

The same problem especially in the mountains.

I have in Velenje the Witcher falls into textures, ground textures, grass stratified. After that, the game crashes.
The game flies on high.
Wood AMD the last stand. In the white garden bugs such was not. Often noticed, the stratification of the ground textures and crashes occur when riding a horse.

Held wild hunt a year ago. Now decided to play in the Supplement. The game has been updated to 1.22. With graphics trouble. Transparent bridges a transparent view, mountain view, failures in texture. What could be the reason??

Check the cache to the incentive,another possible problem with the wood for some (which is likely),upgrade or reinstall.

This is not my first walkthrough of the Witcher. Updated the game to version 1.31 and decided to re-take from scratch. Faced with the problem of drilling down into the texture (before such was not). Sometimes innocuous, as in the first screenshot, and sometimes as the... Drivers. Advise solution?
