The problem with the installation (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Hello! Decided to download GTA 4 via torrent, I downloaded the Repack from hocaba But when you install setup.exe will turn off automatically.

About the first error can only advise to reinstall Windows..same thing, nothing could install. Tried various solutions but to no avail. Only reinstall the system
