Host races (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Guys, how to stay in the host races? Because my friends and I are creating a race, and the next after the vote throws us in a different lobby where are also constantly changing host. I would like to be a host for many settings - intercept and the air bag is just so annoying.
P. S in that year played host didn't change the MB setting somewhere in there?
