\"Transparent\" NPS (Details inside) (Fallout: New Vegas)

Hi!I have problems with Pollicem!
NPCs often go quietly, but the bullet misses or unable to touch them (As with tcl - you pass through)...because some mods had no problems, used to play with YUP (Y-someone out there Unofficial Patch), also did not help.I think this is due to the large number of plugins (a problem in Skyrim, too, were the bodies were twitching like a coke, and mods galore).Only 87 activated mods and plugins 100.
