How to change the screen resolution? (Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura)

I installed the special patch high resolution, set to the correct folder with the game. After you run settings opens the command prompt with the question Would you like to display the readme? [Y]es [N]o . I wrote that first, then the second but nothing happened and the issue remained. Who knows what there have to write?

Yes, there seems not difficult. Run as administrator, click no, then Install, then enter the digits of the desired screen width, then height, then again Install and everything seems
