Program for creating photo album?

Are you searching for software to create online album on a PC. Ie just upload pictures and type so you can flip the pages, beautifully decorate and flexibly be configured (page size, disabling extra features, etc) something like an old FlipAlbum, only a new, normal, with the ability to adjust the size of the pages for themselves, etc.
