Spoilerphobes is solved by using AMD Catalyst Center (as I expected, the trouble due to pereklyuchenii graphics on the laptop). Who would like - just select Diablo 3 from the list (if it is not in the list, then I think you need to manually set the path to the executable) and click Enable maximum performance.

Alex,this issue mostly games torrent,some authors inappropriately write the activation key Direct X Repack,or crack version of the game,which is not installed some graphic files of the game.Preferably,install game with antivirus disabled in order to avoid blockade of disposable DLL files games!
